Why and How is this information kept?

All details are kept by your counsellor for the progress and supervision of each sessions as well as the clients development. At Country of Hope Counselling a number system is applied, therefore it is anonymous. All data is stored securely where no one has access, only the counsellor.
 

How long is your Data held?

The retention period is six years. Thereafter it is all securely and confidentially professionally shredded and permanently destroyed.
